  1. I loved the simpleness and the ease of this dish. It was hot and I had been working outside all day and this was quick and easy to do. Made for ZWT7.

  2. This was really good! So simple and with ingredients that are easy to acquire, but in this combination, taste very "gourmet-y". (New word alert! *lol*) I mixed some parmesan in the pasta and garnished with shaved pieces. This will be the perfect dish to whip up when I don't really feel like cooking. Thanks for submitting!

  3. Delicious! I didn't have the wine on hand, so I just doubled up on the stock and had to sub in spaghettini for the angel hair pasta. :)

  4. I just made this for DH. For one, I was (really!) in and out of the kitchen in less than 15 minutes, including clean up. Second, it's very easy with ingredients I am likely to have on hand. I used center cut bacon and reduced the olive oil by half. Great dish with almost a 'smokey' gourmet flavor. Thanks!!

  5. Very good, I just used the bacon and omitted the prosciutto I have made a dish almost similar to this in the past, we really enjoyed this, thanks for sharing!...Kitten:)
