  1. I didn't have plain white cheddar so I topped this with a mexican blend & a bit more fresh grated parmesan. I also added in two sliced green onions. My family loved this recipe. They even said it was better than my cooked dip! lol I wasn't sure what size (how deep) a dish to use so I went with a 9" glass pie plate. I served this with slices of a round sourdough loaf that I buttered & broiled for a few minutes. Thanks for sharing, KelBel! Made in Eric's memory. Our thoughts are with you, Kel.

  3. Delicious!! Just like you would find in a restaurant, but sooo easy and affordable to make at home. I also added a few green onions at the end and put the dish in the broiler for a few minutes. Don't hesitate to make this dip!

  4. I was looking for a spinach dip recipe without artichokes. This one was a hit! I used a little more monjack cheese and also broiled it at the very end to brown up the white cheddar. I didnt have any fresh garlic so I substituted a 1/4 tsp. garlic powder and added a dash of Lowry's. Thanks for the great dish!
