DIRECTIONS

  • Slice calamondins very thinly, removing pips. Cover with water and leave overnight.
  • Boil 20 minutes, or until clear, then add sugar and boil about 45 minutes, until it gels.
  • Bottle in clean, dry, sterilised jars and seal.
