Cake Decorators Frosting
"Do you decorate cakes? I did for a business many years ago. This is a recipe that a friend gave me a long time ago and I used it for many years. You will need to double this for a regular sized cake--one to frost it and one to decorate with. The consistency is wonderful to work with."

6 cups
ingredients
- 1 (1 lb) box confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup Crisco
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- Mix all together in a mixing bowl.
- Beat for 15 minutes and it will be ready to use.
- NOTE: The egg white does not have to be beaten first as it will all blend in together.

Most doctors may have heard of it but don't know an awful lot about it and so many times it goes misdiagnosed.
