I absolutely love this recipe! I tweaked it alittle and add white wine into the pan as well as all the other ingredients instead of shaking the shrimp in the bag. I also add in alittle seafood stock and some chicken base and simmer all until shrimp is cooked. I then remove about half of the liquid and add in flour to thicken and dump it all back into the shrimp like a sauce. On top of the cayenne pepper I add in a generous amount of, "Louisiana fish fry products Cajun blackened seasoning." It comes out phenomenalReply
