  1. Great! I usually don't eat burgers with mayo but the Cajun seasoned mayo was awesome. Quick to fix and easy, too. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

  2. Beautifully moist and tasty burgers with a delightful little zing to them. The mayo was a great touch that really elevated this to stardom. <br/>Loved 'em!<br/>Made for PRMR.

  3. Delicious! I used half no-salt cajun and half full-on cajun seasoning! The mayo is perfection. Thanks so much for sharing. Made for 123 Tag game.

  4. We really loved this burger recipe! The burgers came out flavourful and moist even though we used extra lean beef. DH doesn't normally use anything less than lean beef but the extra lean is healthier and this recipe worked so well with it and was perfectly moist. The flavour was good and the spice level was just right for my feeble tastes with the hot sauce left out. Thanks for another super recipe! Made for PAC 2012.

  5. The Cajuns arrived in Louisiana by the mid-1700's and some things haven't changed since. Just how I like it. Loved the burgers. Made for A-NZ#55 Recipe Tag.
