Cafe Rio Tomatillo Dressing

"Copycat of the dressing they serve on their salad. Yummy!!"

• Serves: 8-10

ingredients

• 4 ounces hidden valley buttermilk ranch dressing mix
• 2 tomatillos
• 1 garlic clove
• 1⁄2 jalapeno pepper
• 2 cups mayonnaise
• 2 cups buttermilk
• 1⁄2 bunch cilantro
• 2 teaspoons lime juice

directions

1. Blend ingredients together in blender until mixed well.
2. Refridgerate.
3. Serve with Cafe Rio pork, beans, and rice.
