ingredients
- 1 (4 ounce) packet buttermilk ranch salad dressing mix
- 2 tomatillos
- 1⁄2 bunch cilantro
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1 jalapeno
directions
- Mix buttermilk dressing as directed on package.
- Combine all other ingredients and mix in a blender until creamy and smooth.
- Seal in airtight container in refrigerator.
- enjoy!

This dressing is excellent! Thank you for posting. It is a bit runny ~ maybe because I didn't read through the recipe as thoroughly as I should have. I added all the ingredients, including the Buttermilk Dressing, to the Blender and mixed. Next time I'll follow the directions more closely. Thank you again, delicious. -
I love CAFE RIO and this is my FAVORITE DRESSING EVER! I no longer live in Utah so I can't eat at Cafe Rio but thanks for the recipe, no I can have Cafe Rio at home!

I love comfort foods, sweets, ice cream ( Pretty much ALL things bad for you). I also love a good cup of coffee, and love love love green tea. However, I am trying very HARD to change my eating habits, and live a better lifestyle. So far its a losing battle, but at least I'm trying, right? ;)
