ingredients
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄4 cup hard butter
- 8 ounces coloured mini marshmallows
directions
- Heat the butterscotch chips, peanut butter, and butter.
- Stir until smooth. Watch it; peanut butter burns quickly!
- Cool a wee bit.
- Stir in marshmallows.
- Pat into a greased 8x8-inch pan and chill.
- Cut into squares.

I love this reciepe so easy to make. And usually make it in a double batch. Keep up the great work!!!! -
Love it, HOWEVER, double the recipe to make a decent sized serving. The amount the recipe gives is more like for 1-2 people There wasn't enough marshmallows even when it's doubled... So instead I recommend about 24 oz in total if you double it otherwise I find that there's too much peanut butter/butterscotch mix that overpowers it. However if that's your thing... That's your thing. It tastes great though! -
This recipe couldn't be simpler and more delicious. Perhaps using a double boiler is the answer. -
There were 3 people licking out the bowl. This is so delicious. I used crunchy peanut butter for a bit of texture. Sorry it didn't turn out for you chogert. Perhaps you had the peanut butter too hot, I barely had it warm when I added the butterscotch chips.

Worst recipe ever. Save your money and time by finding a different recipe. And this site is not very user friendly. Two thumbs down all around.

I have been a recipe collector for years and years now and have thousands of tried and true favorites. I also have thousands I have never even tried and more that I would never try. I am even compiling my own cookbooks for some later date.

My favorite recipe book definately is "The American Woman's Cookbook" published in 1938 for the first time. It has the best recipes I have ever found - until I got a computer.
