These were delicious and super moist, but the topping was a little bit tricky and I wished I'd gotten more of a heads up on what to expect with it. All was fine until the last step of adding powdered sugar - when I did so, the mixture immediately clumped up and began to crumble and dry out. It was a crumbly mess. I fixed it by adding about a tablespoon of melted butter and a small amount of water and putting it back on the heat, while whisking. It eventually came back together and to a smooth consistency. When I poured it onto the bars, it hardened up pretty rapidly and I was not able to get as even of a spread as I wanted. Still, delicious.
