DIRECTIONS

  • Peel squash and cut into bite sized pieces.
  • Place pieces with sugar and add water to cover. Cook until nearly fork tender, add butter and continue cooking over medium heat.
  • When the squash becomes tender and the moisture has almost gone, remove from heat.
