DIRECTIONS

  • Melt butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the fine herbs and beef. Spoon melted butter over the meat until the desired temperature is reached. Set aside.
  • Saute the baby vegetables in the garlic and parsley. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cut the avocado lengthwise and remove the pit. Peel 1/2 of the avocado grill cut side down. Serve grilled side up with a touch of salt. Add the au jus into the crater of the avocado.
