A winner-Very good! I did make a couple of small changes; I used a small can of tomato paste with some added water in place of the sauce and I had to have some fresh garlic. Very easy to prepare and it smelled delightful. I think this would do well over noodles, also would be wonderful as marinated patties. Next time I make this I will increase the recipe so I can freeze some and have it on hand. Thanks for a great recipe ncshagger! Made for PAC Fall 2007.
