I'm a Navy wife, that LOVES to cook. I am married to my high school sweetheart and we are still so much in love. I grew up in Peoria, IL and now live in Norfolk, VA. I have a beautiful daughter now named Alianna. She is about to be two and a bowl of energy. She loves food and we can't keep her out of the bread box. My husband, Josh, is in the US Navy. He loves food of all kind. I love music, novels and art in general. I have been cooking since a young age. I like to keep our family eating healthy foods, but mostly we eat our favorites. We are constantly trying new things. I try to pick out a new recipe to try every two weeks. I am passionate about body image and believe that any and every woman is or can be beautiful. I am a beautician of sorts. Though I do not have a license, nobody has seemed to mind yet. I dislike people that believe you have to be thin to be pretty or people that are consistently negative. I am studying to be a Registered Nurse - Midwife. I had to put my studies on the back burner because of health problems. I'm hoping to clear up my health and go back to school and work soon.
