Brunch Egg and Cheese Casserole

"This is the best breakfast casserole I've had in a very long time. It's kind of like a chili relleno. I used double the amount of green chiles the recipe called for, and I wished I added even more. This is a perfect dish to serve for company. The egg puffs up just a little, and it's as gorgeous as it is delicious. It says it serves 20, but I don't think it's possible to just eat one serving.
