These are delicious,Pat!!! I'm so glad that KK's site has these events, otherwise I may never had even known these were here! I'm finding so many recipes that are so good! I'm making these for the holidays, and freezing them to be ahead of the game! Made for KK's cookie event in one of her forums!

I made these and I loved them so much, that I plan to make them again soon to share with the Bingo gang on Wed nights! So easy to whip up and it makes a lot of cookies, so they last awhile in my house. These will be great for my cookie platters for the holidays! Thanks for sharing Chocolati!

Excellent cookies! Nice and crisp with a butterscotch-y nutty flavor. I'm thinking of trying some fillings and making this a sandwich cookie. Thanks for a good one!

Made for KK's forum Mini Cookathon. Thank you so much for posting the correction to this recipe, once made with that these are wonderful cookies, easy to make, and I think you could even freeze the dough for future cookie making which is what I am doing with another batch I am doing now. I think a bit of glaze or frosting on this would add to them wonderfully, and a garnish of half a walnut would be neat too. These would also make great Lunch Box cookies for the kids. Thank You so much for a wonderful cookie.
