I have to question the amounts of ingredients, broccoli comes in stems and one stem wouldn't even make one serving. I used three rinsed stems, slicing the stems next to the flowerettes. Peel the stems, cut in half lengthwise then slice in half moons. Either break or cut flowerettes in bite sized pieces and add to stems in a bowl with a tight fitting lid. For dressing use 1/2 cup mayo, 2 Tbsp. spicey brown mustard*, 3 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar,* 2 tsp. granulated sugar. Add 1 bag of bacon pieces* and half small bag of dried fruit.* Mix well, cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to let the broccoli absorb the dressing. *** My recipe rule is use what you have, sub what you don't have and leave out what you don't like. The exception is baking.
