DIRECTIONS

  • Heat the oven to 200 C.
  • Split the broccoli into florets and blanch in boiling water for a couple of minutes - it should still be al dente. Put in a buttered oven dish.
  • Mix together cream, eggs and cottage cheese. Crumble in feta cheese and season to taste.
  • Pour the mixture over the broccoli and add a generous layer of grated cheese on top.
  • Bake approximately 30 minutes until golden.
