DIRECTIONS

  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok.
  • Add garlic and gingerroot.
  • Add broccoli. Stir fry to coat with oil.
  • Add water and soy sauce.
  • Continue to stir fry until broccoli is bright green and tender crisp, 3-4 minutes.
  • Serve at once.
