  • Vegetables can either be steamed or not. I prefer steamed, which takes between 5-10 minutes.
  • Mix all of the dressing ingredients together. Mix remaining ingredients together and toss in the dressing.

I am a working mom of a beautiful little girl Keira Lynn. Watching her grow has been such a joy! My husband and I were married in May of 2006 on the beautiful island of Kauai.
