  • In a 4 to 6 quart slow cooker, combine steak, mushrooms, onion, celery and garlic.
  • In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, tomato sauce, 1/2 cup water, gravy mix, salt and pepper. Pour over steak mixture.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.

I am now semi-retired and an Empty Nester. I try to focus on lighter dishes for day to day menus. I still like to explore new food ideas. I look for smaller quantity dishes now.
