"I am currently a stay at home mom in a small town outside Rockford, IL. I used to teach 6th grade in Janesville, WI. My girls are great and love trying mommy's cooking. My husband is very supportive, although I often don't think he would ever tell me if I made something less than perfect."

We have been making a version of this for years...we love it,it is delicious. We serve it with fresh fruit and sometimes mix it up a little by using different kinds of sausage.

Well, this was different, but tasty. Would be especially good for a walk-about breakfast. I think next time, however, that I will make with some pizza type seasonings. Just a tad bland, but could be the sausage needed to be spicier. Thnx for sharing your recipe, 2girlsmommy. Made for PAC Spring 2010.
