Breakfast Sausage

I used to make this when I lived in Spain, so that I could have English Muffin Sandwiches like they make at McDonald's. Did you know they don't serve breakfast at the McD's in Spain?

I had to try your recipe, because I also live in Spain and can't find breakfast sausage. This was great! Does it taste just like the sausage you can get in the States? Not really. But I didn't really expect it to, and it really is a good substitute! I doubled the recipe and popped about 3/4 of the recipe in the freezer. Also, I added a little red pepper for that extra spice. This was delicious and my hubby (whos is Spanish but has quite a taste for American food) loved it! Thanks for giving us an easy sausage fix!1Reply
