  • Fry hasbrowns with oil until golden brown and crispy.
  • while they are cooking, chop bell pepper, yellow onion and mushrooms and cook on med heat with some oil.
  • Once Hasbrowns are done place on a plate and place 2-4 slices of cheese on top.
  • Place one egg, cooked to your choice, over easy is best, per slice of cheese.
  • Top with cooked veggies.
  • Top veggies with crumbled feta.
  • Top that with Tomatoes.
  • Serve with favorite hot sauce.
