Breakfast Omelette (Scd)

- 4 ounces ground beef
- 1 ounce colby jack cheese
- 3 eggs
- Brown beef in pan, separating into small pieces as it cooks.
- Beat eggs in small bowl.
- Grate cheese over ground beef and let it begin to melt in the pan.
- Add eggs to pan, allowing them to surround the beef and cheese. When the bottom has become done enough, fold omelette and allow the eggs to cook to desired firmness.
