- 1 1⁄2 cups prepared bechamel sauce
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1 cup roast cooked turkey
- 1⁄2 cup diced tomato
- 1⁄2 cup chopped cooked bacon
- 2 1⁄2 cups frozen hash browns
- 4 large eggs
- 4 pieces toast
directions
- heat bechamel and melt swiss into it, stirring gently. Keep warm.
- brown hashbrowns in hot skillet.
- heat turkey and fry eggs as you like {scrambled, fried, etc.}.
- place hashbrowns on plate, top with turkey and eggs.
- smother with sauce and garnish with tomatoes and bacon.
- serve with toast if wanted. ENJOY!
