- 8 slices bread, crust removed, 1 inch cubes
- 4 ounces diced ham or 4 ounces cooked & drained sausage
- 4 ounces swiss cheese
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard

- drained canned mushroom
- cooked diced broccoli

directions
- Place 1/2 of the bread cubes in a greased 9" square pan. Over the bread cubes, layer half of the meat and 1/2 of each cheese. Repeat all layers ending with cheese. Beat the remainng ingredients and pour over the pan. Cover loosely and refrigerate overnight.
- TO FREEZE: cover loosely and place in a gallon ziploc freezer bag. label & seal.
- If thawed, Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes. If frozen, bake at 300 for 25 minutes, then 350 for 35 minutes.
