1. excellent breakfast. I used hot sausage and pepper jack cheese. Made for everday tag.

 2. DD had a few friends over for a sleep over. It was SO easy to put together. They ate it all up!!! It was great!!! (or so I hear, they didn't leave me any) I will make it again this weekend! I used wheat bread and a little extra cheese.

 3. Outstanding.....!

 4. Loved this! Great taste and very easy to make. The only thing I did differently was use 12 oz. of pork sausage instead of 8. I'll be making this again! Thanks ellie!

 5. Another brekkie favorite! It is so easy to put together too. Added a bit more sausage meat and a little more cheddar cheese. Served it with a green salad and a fresh fruit cup for dessert. My family likes lightly seasoned food so this was perfect.

I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes. I lost over 90 pounds on Weight Watchers and have maintained for over a year now -- so my cooking/eating habits have changed drastically following my weight loss and to keep it off!
