Wash and peel the breadfruit.
Slice as thinly as possible.
Heat the oil in a deep, heavy pan.
Add the breadfuit slices, a few at a time, and cook until golden.
Remove from oil, and drain excess oil on paper towels.
Sprinkle lightly with salt, then serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
