Bread Pudding Cake

"This Bread Pudding is like a cake made in a Bundt Pan. My Grandma used to make it years ago. She never knew how much of what went into a recipe, so one day, I stood by her side and measured everything she put in it. This recipe is mixed with your hands so it is put together fast."

  1. I thought this was okay, I did find it hard to squeeze all the moisture out of it and the texture of the end result wasn't to my liking. The kids however ate these with no problems!

  2. I made this cake for my mom and it was awesome. So easy and yummy especially if you love bread pudding. The only change I made was instead of dipping the bread in water to soak it I dipped it in milk. Great recipe!
