"A delicious shake drink without the ice cream. You can use full fat milk (or even some cream) for a richer drink if your not looking at calories."

  1. I really liked this combination of flavors. Left out the sugar. Great late afternoon pick me up. Thanks for posting this tasty, low calorie recipe.

  2. Enjoyed this as a rather different smoothie. Made as directed, including the addition of a little powdered sugar, as I wanted to make sure that it mixed in well. Thanks for sharing, Annacia!

  3. Ooh, this is just the thing on a 95 degree day! I used a pretty small banana that I had in the freezer already, and I think the frozen banana helped this feel more "shake" like. I didn't use any Splenda or sugar and it is really sweet enough without it. The only reason I don't give this 5 stars is that the cinnamon makes the texture a tiny bit grainy. I'm not sure how to fix that, because the cinnamon flavor is so great that I would hate to leave any out! Overall this is really yummy and a great way to get in more fruit! It will definitely stay in my rotation! Thanks for sharing! Made for Zaar Tag 2008.
