- 22 large jalapenos, chopped
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1 (32 ounce) bottle ketchup
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
directions
- Mix hot peppers and vinegar; stir. Add ketchup and stir again.
- Pour in saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes. Pour into sterilized jars or bottles; seal or keep in the refrigerator.
