Boneless Pork Chops and Mushroom Gravy

"I whipped up this recipe tonight while trying to figure out what to do with these pork chops. This is very easy and my two boys loved them. I served them with mashed potatoes and mushrooms. I wasn't quick enough to get a picture!"

I live in New York and I love to cook and bake. I like trying new dishes and desserts. It is a great feeling hearing my kids tell me "Mom make this again tomorrow night!" I like making dinner fun because sometimes with little kids it is all in the presentation. We make different coloured mashed potatoes and colour the gravy as well. We make some really fun mashed potato volcanos with dinner. Cookies and cakes are not safe from our use of food colouring either. My boys like to pick what colour their cookies/cakes will be. Today for example we made pink chocolate chip cookies. Remember kids like things that are fun and food colouring definitely makes food fun!
