"This seasoning i love to use on my Steak-wrapped Shrimpsicles. great in bloody caesars too. Found on internet somewhere."

• Yields: 1 jar

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup paprika
• 1⁄4 cup chili powder
• 3 tablespoons salt
• 2 tablespoons coriander
• 2 tablespoons garlic powder
• 2 tablespoons curry powder
• 2 tablespoons hot mustard powder
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon basil
• 1 tablespoon thyme
• 1 tablespoon cumin
• 1 tablespoon cayenne

directions

1. Mix and store in jar.

Well, I didn't have enough regular paprika for this, so I subbed some smoked paprika. Smells great, and used it in some chicken salad I threw together for lunch. Can't wait to try it on other things. Thanks for posting, I think this will be one of my 'regulars' . Made for Spring PAC 2010!

This is a great seaoning from Ted Reader. My dad showed it to me a few months ago. Its great for roasted Potatoes too!!
