- Ready In:
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 large bananas (if berries aren't frozen, freeze at least 1 banana)
- Place all ingredients in a blender & process until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses & ENJOY!

Delicious!! What I liked the most is that each flavour was distinct, yet they all came together to make a fantastic smoothie! The apple cider was worth the hunt for it (generally it's easier to find in the fall/winter here), and the wild blueberries I used contributed more flavour than a crop grown blueberry. My bananas were super ripe, too. Thanks for posting, Syd! Made for Veggie Swap 24, for my adopted chef.
