Blueberry Pecan Glazed Chicken

- 4 chicken breasts, skinless, bone-in
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon onion, diced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon pecans, chopped
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 1⁄2 cups blueberries
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
directions
- Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
- Grill chicken breasts, bone side down, for about 14 minutes.
- Turn chicken and continue grilling until a meat thermometer inserted into the chicken reads 165°F (about 10-14 minutes).
- Sauté onions and garlic in butter for 2 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until sauce is slightly thickened.
- Spoon sauce over chicken breasts and serve immediately.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
