Blueberry Orange Smoothie

ingredients
- 2 large navel oranges
- 1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄3 cup nonfat milk
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 3 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1 cup ice cube (optional)
directions
- Peel orange & remove all the white pith, then separate into sections.
- To blender, add orange sections, yogurt, milk, frozen berries & sugar, then cover & blend until smooth.
- If adding ice, add now, then cover & blend again until smooth.
- Serve in chilled glasses.

Wow, you have a really good smoothie here! I am not even all that big a fan of smoothies (I enjoy them now and then but don't crave them) and this still get top mark from me. I don't think I have ever put an actual orange into one either because it is usually orange juice but I think using the real fruit really helped to give taste without acidity. I used splenda instead of sugar. Thanks for giving me something to do with the frozen blueberries I have had in my freezer since ZWT ended too! Made for Market Tag.
