This was wildly received by hungry boys at breakfast. I did tinker w/ the recipe because I didn't have 1/2 cup of dried blueberries. So I used 1/4 cup dried blueberries and 1/4 cup craisins. I also used maple sugar instead of white sugar and soy milk. I formed the dough in the bread machine and baked in the oven so as to avoid having to dig the paddle out of the baked loaf (I just hate that!) This smelled yummy in the toaster and both boys had seconds.

I have this in the oven right now for me and my little family.. I followed the directions to the tea except for adding a tsp. of cinnamon and the blue berries since I didn't have dried blue berries.. I just put some frozen one's in.. Like the last lady I took the dough out and put it in a bread pan.. I buttered, floured and sugared the bread.. Placed dough into pan. My family likes the sugar topping so I added a flour, sugar and butter crumb topping to the top.. The dough seems really dry but thought I would try.. I think next time I would add 1tsp. of vanilla extract and 1 or 2 tsp. of sour cream to add more flavor and moistness.. Otherwise smells really yummy in the oven right now.. Can't wait to try.. ;) Enjoy..
