- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- 6 ounces nonfat plain yogurt
- 3⁄4 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1⁄2 cup ice cube
directions
- Place ingredients in blender and start blending on low speed and after that gruadually increase the speed until smoothie is smooth.
- Add another 30-60 seconds to add air (makes smoothie lighter.).
- Serve. Serves 2.
