    tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

    tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise

    medium carrot, shredded

    cup finely chopped celery
  • 2
    tablespoons finely chopped white onions
  • 1
    garlic clove, finely chopped

    slices sourdough bread or 6 slices dark rye sandwich bread, toasted

DIRECTIONS

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, cheese, mayonnaise, carrot, celery, onion, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Stir to mix.
  • Spread on toasted bread.
