- 1⁄2 cup oil
- 1 1⁄2 - 2 cups soymilk
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 1 cup blueberries
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and sweetener.
- Add oil, milk, bananas, flax, and berries.
- Spoon into sprayed muffin tins.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
