Blackberry Vodka Cordial

"A very sweet liqeur, serve with soda water. Very, very good. Originally from agt magazine."

• Ingredients: 3
• Yields: 500 mLs

ingredients

• 900 g blackberries (fresh or frozen)
• 475 g sugar
• 375 ml vodka

directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a jar/ container.
2. Place the jar in a cool dark place for 24 hours, turning occasionally to combine.
3. Strain into a bottle.
4. Store in refrigerator.
5. Serve with soda water.
6. Discarded berries very good over ice cream!

This is AWESOME! I used fresh red raspberries. Tastes good straight or with Sprite or soda.
