Black Beans for a Lazy Day

Black Beans for a Lazy Day created by Emily Elizabeth

These beans are my ultimate go to food when I need something comforting, filling and not fattening. I love them with a couple of warm corn tortillas or a ham and mango quesadilla.

Oh so simple, healthy and delightful! I ate it with Recipe #263512. I love the flavor the cumin adds and the fact that I only have to add one spice. I will definitely be making this again!
