    eggs (reduce to 2 if you want a more dense fudge consistency)

    tablespoons oil
  • 4
    tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 12
    teaspoon salt

    teaspoon baking powder
  • 12
    teaspoon baking soda
  • 1
    teaspoon vanilla

    cup sugar
  • 14
    cup whey protein powder (optional)

    tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 14
    cup mini chocolate chip (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Grease 9x9 pan.
  • Place all ingredients in blender except chocolate chips until completely pureed. Pour into greased pan. (It's OK, the batter is thin).
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips over top.
  • Bake at 350 F for about 30 minutes. Toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Cool completely before cutting with plastic knife.
