- 1 lb bob evans original recipe roll of pork sausage
- 1⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- salt & pepper
- 8 prepared biscuits (I use Pillsbury Grrands)
directions
- Crumble & cook sausage in a large skillet until browned. Stir in flour until dissolved. Gradually stir in milk. Cook gravy until thick and bubbly. Season with salt & pepper. Serve over biscuits.
