Biscuits & Sausage Gravy

"Yummy and easy biscuits and gravy."

• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 1 lb bob evans original recipe roll of pork sausage
• 1⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 cups milk
• salt & pepper
• 8 prepared biscuits (I use Pillsbury Grrands)

directions

1. Crumble & cook sausage in a large skillet until browned. Stir in flour until dissolved. Gradually stir in milk. Cook gravy until thick and bubbly. Season with salt & pepper. Serve over biscuits.
