Birthday Cake Mimosas

"Redbook posted the recipe on line and looks like so much fun, what a great idea to celebrate a birthday, Mom's Day or just a fun way to celebrate the day, for some reason wouldn't let me post sparkling rose so had to use champagne. Guessing at serving as each glass is made individually"

• Yields: 6 glasses
• Serves: 6

ingredients

• 750 ml champagne
• 1 ounce vodka, vanilla flavored is best
• 2 ounces birthday cake ice cream
• 15 1⁄2 ounces vanilla icing
• candy sprinkles

directions

1. Dip a champagne flute into icing, and rim the glass with sprinkles.
2. Add 1½ ounces of vodka.
3. Add one scoop of birthday cake ice cream.
4. Top off with sparkling rosé.
5. Add a pretty straw and enjoy.
