Birthday Cake Cookies

• 1 (18 1/4 ounce) box funfetti cake mix
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
• 1⁄2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1⁄2 cup white chocolate chips
• 1 cup rainbow candy sprinkles

directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Place sprinkles in a small bowl.
2. In a medium bowl, combine cake mix and baking powder.
3. Add eggs and oil and mix until combined.
4. Add chocolate and white chocolate chips and stir to incorporate.
5. Form balls, 2 tablespoons each, and roll in sprinkles to coat.
6. Place on prepared baking sheets, spacing 2-inches apart.
7. Transfer to oven and bake until just starting to crisp on the edges, about 14-16 minutes.

From the mom: very fun cookies and they turned out pretty. Easy to make. I didn't care much for how they tasted but my 3 kiddos loved them. Definitely more of a kids treat. We only used mini semi-sweet chips, did not add in the vanilla chips. From my daughter: These are easy to make and super tasty, but super sweet. They were a big hit at my birthday party!!!
