ingredients

• 1 ounce blue curacao
• 2 ounces coconut rum
• 2 ounces pineapple soda
• 1⁄2 ounce lemon juice

directions

1. Combine blue Curacao, rum and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake and strain into a rocks glass.
3. Top with pineapple soda and garnish with lemon wheel.

Definitely expected this to be more cloying than it was. Definitely a summertime, poolside drink, but quite pleasant and not as reminiscent of sunscreen as you migh think looking at the ingredients. Docked a star because it's definitely sweeter than I usually like, but if that's what you're expecting, then definitely go for it!
