Bick's Signature Burger

4 burgers
ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup bick's zesty onion relish
- 1⁄4 cup bick's savoury tomato relish
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3⁄4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- 4 bick's sandwich saver pickles, Hot and Spicy
- 1 1⁄2 ounces cheddar cheese, divided into 4 equal slices
directions
- Lightly grease pan or grill and preheat broiler or grill to high. Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl, mixing just until combined. Set aside.
- Fold each pickle in half. pressing down to create a fold. Layer with a dice of cheddar cheese in center of each burger, smoothing meat to close up.
- Broil or barbecue 10 minutes on high, turn and continue cooking 8-10 minutes longer, until no longer pink inside.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
