"A classic cocktail apparently named after elderly men who would swerve all over the road on their way home after a few too many drinks at the bar."

• 2 ounces campari
• 2 ounces dry white wine (Pinot Grigio suggested)
• club soda

directions

1. Pour the spirits into a tall glass with ice cubes and top with club soda.
2. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
